Hello Desire, Bye-Bye Procrastination!
January 17, 2011 by Karen Fagan · 2 Comments
Having a laser focus on what one is trying to accomplish is the major force behind what propels some people to take action toward their heart’s desires. It is exhilarating to achieve, to finally arrive at a longed for goal. Let’s be honest, nothing great ever comes from procrastination. It carries the feeling of defeat, and you deserve better than that!
What happens when you think about realizing your heart’s desires? Do you often neglect to put into motion the actions that are sure to take you to the reward of reaching your destination? Perhaps you are easily distracted. Simply ‘forgetting where your focus is’ can actually be the biggest road-block to reaching your goal.
I want to encourage you to focus on what you desire – and stay focused – no matter what happens! You will be amazed by the immediate results of this one simple, but crucial, action. Like many other women I’ve coached, who have discovered the power of acting on their heart’s desire, instead of procrastinating, you’ll wonder why you ever put it off in the first place. To help you begin to do TODAY, what should never be put off until tomorrow, I’ve included the following 5 easy steps!
-
Connect to Your Desires – Most people procrastinate when disconnected from
what they most desire. It is important to reconnect with your heart desires every day. Take time now to reconnect. Close your eyes, take a deep breath in, and really connect to what you desire most. Imagine yourself living out your desires (really create the picture in your mind). How would you feel and what actions would you take? -
Be Focused – If, while taking action toward your desires, you find yourself answering your phone, checking email, wasting a big bunch of hours on face book or online, texting, or doing laundry – it’s time to get focused! There is a time and place for everything. What I know for sure is that going on facebook and comparing yourself to others is NOT going to manifest your desires. Be focused on one item at a time to increase your success. Remaining focused allows you to be present in what you are doing. Set a timer during a task and start to build your endurance for focus. My sense is that you want to be present in all that you do – whether it is work or play. By focusing when working, you will be able to fully play when you are playing, because you will not be thinking about what you haven’t done yet.
-
You Create the Mood – People who procrastinate, often do so because they tell themselves they just don’t feel like doing whatever it is that needs to get done. This is a sure sign that they are out of alignment with what they desire most. For example, if you desire to lose weight, but tell yourself you don’t feel like exercising, you are working against yourself. You will begin to find all the justification needed for not exercising, instead of doing the exact thing that will make you feel good and help you achieve your goal. We are the creator of our moods. Yes, some days our mood will be better than other days. However, when your mood is the problem, the key is to take full responsibility, change your attitude, and create the mood that will allow you to take positive action, moving you closer to your ultimate desires. Do yourself a big, wonderful favor – stop waiting for the mood and create it today!
-
This is the right time – Remind yourself that NOW is the right time. Why? Because, your life is NOW – not later. Many clients say “they are waiting for the right time to start,” but I have often found the truth to be that some sort of fear is preventing them from moving ahead. If you find yourself waiting for the fear to go away – chances are, you’ll be waiting a long time. Instead, get curious – and real – about what fears you may have. Understanding just why you are procrastinating will empower you, enabling you to put an end to it and get back on track.
-
Define Your top priorities for the day – I often hear clients say they procrastinate because they don’t know exactly how to start or what to do. I cannot stress enough the importance of getting clear on your top priorities and aligning your energy. The truth is you have everything you need to get your life done. Take action and be productive, rather than procrastinate. When I coach clients and help them to reconnect with their heart desires – they can instantly get clarity, define their priorities, and move right out of procrastination. When you truly align with what you desire you will be amazed at how resourceful you become.
Big Question – Are you doing what you hate?
I really encourage you to answer this question, honestly. Many people procrastinate because they are doing something they hate to do. In a job they don’t like, they create a business model they think they will like – only to find themselves unsuccessful in changing the fact that they hate what they are doing. To waste time in procrastination only makes you feel worse than you desire to feel or deserve to feel. To love what you do – you must do what you love!
Perhaps cleaning your house is something you absolutely dread. Instead of procrastinating and allowing your energy to be depleted, hire someone to clean house for you. This one decision will considerably free up your energy and allow you to create more love, joy, and money in your life. Perhaps outsourcing isn’t an option for you. If you must do the dreaded job yourself, then reward yourself for a job well done. Pick a reward that makes you feel absolutely great – and give it to yourself after the task is completed. It doesn’t have to cost you a thing.
The key is to spend more time in a feel good place, rather than beating yourself up for not getting things done – and wasting your precious time and energy in procrastination.
I would love to hear from you – If you have special tips, which you successfully use to end procrastination in your own life, please share them by posting a comment here on my blog.
8 Ways to Be the Ultimate Sleeping Beauty
December 20, 2010 by Karen Fagan · Leave A Comment
Imagine the difference a good night’s sleep would make in your life? Feeling better, more productive and confident come as a result of sleeping well. Check in with yourself about the number of hours you sleep. If you are lacking in the sleep department, decide right now what’s necessary to restore this self care habit, and take action to put yourself first.
Here are 8 tips to replenish your soul with sleep:
-
Make your bedroom a sanctuary. Be sure it’s comfortable and soul-nurturing for rest. Does your bedroom make you feel calm and relaxed? If not, remove any clutter, put soft light bulbs to create lighting that is relaxed and soothing, and check your shades to ensure they are blocking the light out. Add an eye mask if needed.
-
Add soothing scents and music to your room; like the sound of the ocean or nature music. This will allow you to get into a state of relaxation, making it easier to fall asleep. Put on soothing lotion before bed and warm up a botanical body wrap to relax your muscles.
-
Don’t settle for anything less than a super comfortable bed. Upgrade your sheets, pillow and comforter if needed. Check in with your mattress: How long have you had it? If you haven’t changed your mattress in 7 years, it’s time to get a new one. You will go into a deeper sleep and for longer periods of time by upgrading your bedding. This will leave you feeling more energized when you awake.
-
Change your bedding more frequently. Although this might sound strange, you will be surprised at what a difference this will make and how your body will respond to new fresh sheets. Give yourself the gift of high thread cottons sheets, silk or soft cozy flannel. Think warm, comfort, and more comfort.
-
Remove anything that is over-stimulating like your computer, phone or TV (anything electronic).
-
Take a bath with Epsom’s salt before bed. I do this at least twice a week, and it makes such a huge difference. Epsom’s salt relaxes your muscles and soothes tension.
-
Create a nighttime ritual. Choose your bed time and become consistent with this time. Allow yourself a nighttime ritual. Some women struggle to wash their face and brush their teeth at night because they don’t have a consistent bed time and end up falling asleep on the couch. Decide the right time for you and plan your evening so you are in bed by this time. Keep a Gratitude journal by your bed and write four things you are grateful for every evening.
-
Avoid caffeine, sugar and anything stimulating several hours before going to bed. Have a warm cup of caffeine free herbal tea instead.
You deserve the best night’s sleep. Enjoy the process of creating your bedroom in a way to make it feel most comfortable and relaxing to you. Sleep well sleeping beauty!
I invite you to share how you have created your ultimate sleeping experience by posting a comment here on my blog.
5 Amazing Benefits of Masterminding!
October 14, 2010 by Karen Fagan · Leave A Comment
Last week I spent three days with my high-level coach (that’s us in the picture) and Mastermind group. We had a blast! Together we create a sacred space to be completely authentic, share our struggles and celebrate our “Big Wins” together. It’s really powerful. I am also very happy to say that I won the “implementation challenge” given to us by our coach (through this challenge, I won a highly valuable gift!).
I am committed to my growth and staying connected to others who feel the same way. I love that I have invested in a coach who invests in five coaches. I gain an extensive amount of knowledge that allows me to share this rich and very valuable high content to the clients I coach.
This week I wrote about the 5 Amazing Benefits of Masterminding“…….
Mastermind Groups are a powerful venue for change and have been around for centuries. Napoleon Hill, author of Think and Grow Rich, studied the richest men of the early 1900’s and wrote this book as part of his research (if you haven’t read it already, I highly recommend it). One of the common practices of all of the wealthy men he researched was that they participated in a Mastermind with other like-minded men. These Mastermind groups served the purpose of helping the participants solve problems and move forward in their goals, making them more wealthy and successful.
“Mastermind as coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose,” is how Napoleon Hill describes the Mastermind idea he studied. “This form of cooperative alliance (the Mastermind) has been the basis of nearly every great fortune. Your understanding of this great truth may definitely determine your financial status.”
Today, women entrepreneurs are designing new models of the Mastermind – and the results are more powerful than ever before. Being a women entrepreneur and being a member of a high-level Mastermind group, I’m a huge believer in the Mastermind model (in addition to private coaching) because it connects me with like-minded, big vision people and has tripled my success as an entrepreneur. I get to offer my point of view to my Mastermind group, and I receive solutions from the most extraordinary people.
When we try to create a profitable business on our own, it’s too easy to get overwhelmed, frustrated, isolated, and stuck. When entrepreneurs are in this place, they often begin to think that maybe there is something wrong with them (you may be able to relate to this). But, the real truth is there is absolutely nothing wrong with you. In fact, the real truth is that you have a profound message to share that will help people transform their lives. I know, deep in your heart, you long to get this message out in the world in a BIG WAY!
But what exactly is a Mastermind? And how do you know if it’s for you?
Below are five elements of a Mastermind group. This will give you an idea of how they work so you can decide whether or not you would like to form a Mastermind or join one.
- A Mastermind allows you to see a much bigger vision for yourself and moves you forward, allowing you to take much bigger leaps.A Mastermind is about creating consistent, forward momentum and helping you achieve your dreams and goals. A Mastermind group brings out the things that are within you that you cannot see for yourself.
Masterminds are different than support groups. Support groups are wonderful to heal from past trauma, but Masterminds are not about healing. Mastermind groups are about growing, taking big leaps, and being willing to live out your fullest potential and playing your biggest game.
People who try to form casual Mastermind’s often end up disappointed. Casual Masterminds are much different than a Mastermind group with strong coaching and high-level teaching of mindset, systems and marketing.
All members have to hold that level of energy, commitment, desire, and set an intention to keep that momentum. This is not always an easy task!
- A Mastermind Group is about powerful shifts in your mindset. Complaining, excuse-making and whining are not options! In a Mastermind, each person gets a “hot seat” to present her big vision for her business and life to the group. She presents her goals, dreams, and challenges. Tears often happen, as she is releasing fearful energy that, up to this point, has kept her stuck and realizing the time is NOW to move forward.
Complaining, excuses-making, whining, and the feelings of staying stuck quickly dissolve. You are not only heard and fully supported, you are also given you need to gain clarity and move forward. Mindsets are a huge part of the Mastermind.
- A Mastermind Group is about growth and expansion out of your comfort zone. Most people desire expansion and growth. People who join a Mastermind know in their gut that, without growth for their purpose and dreams, they’ll die a slow death. When you take part in a Mastermind, you will be expanded and stretched. This excites people because they know on the other side of their comfort zone is huge growth. In fact, this is one of the biggest reasons people want to take part in a Mastermind! They know the results they have had from staying within their comfort zones and not satisfactory. Masterminds are very effective because they require you to expand out of your comfort zone so you get the results you want (let’s get serious – helping more people, more money, more personal freedom, and the business you love!).
- A Mastermind Group offers support and holds you accountable.
For me personally, I am showing up for my life and business in a way I have never done before as a result of being part of a Mastermind. The results I am achieving are mind blowing! So much, in fact, I won the recent “Implementation Challenge” amongst my Mastermind group. You see, creating a clear vision, having systems, and deciding and taking action are my strengths, and Masterminding has made these strengths even stronger. (Actually, this is one reason why my clients love me as their coach. I move them from being stuck to achieving freedom through clarity, systems, deciding, and action.)
- A Mastermind creates a huge space for new ideas, implementation, and resources. It’s a relationship of giving and receiving. Each person is fully present and committed to supporting their Mastermind group. When each person gives their full focus and attention to one person and her dreams, brilliant ideas spark and solutions are offered.Challenges are no more – that is the power of the group. Resources and connections are often discovered in the process. This is just some of the tremendous value and benefit of taking part in a Mastermind.
There is something incredibly powerful about being amongst a group of ‘Big Visionaries’ within the Mastermind.
Napoleon Hill put it this way: “No two minds ever come together without, thereby, creating a third, invisible, intangible force which may be likened to a third mind.”
The intention with the Mastermind group taps into a higher source of intelligence and creativity, naturally guiding the group and moving it forward together. A greater awareness happens.
The awareness of this “third” mind helps me trust and access the knowing from within. Therefore, I am able to walk into fear and trust there is something bigger happening on the other side of fear.
Being part of a Mastermind is the greatest gift I could have ever given my business. It was an investment and risk I knew I had to take if I ever wanted to grow my business to a point where I could help more women and produce a larger income. Without risk, there is no reward.
Imagine with me, will you?

Do you ever wonder what your life would be like completely free from self-sabotage, self-criticism, and self-doubt? Being totally free from these behaviors will completely transform your life and business in the most unbelievable way.
I
magine with me, will you?Close your eyes in this moment and fully imagine your life free from all that blocks you: negative thoughts, self-sabotage, overwhelm, worry, and self-doubt.
Who would you be and what would do (confident, happy, blissful, really successful)?
Breathe this in deeply. My sense is this picture feels really great to you.
You see, in my life’s passion, I have the privilege of coaching women entrepreneurs to make profound lasting change and be free from negative thoughts and behaviors that seriously hold them back and keep them stuck in their life and business.
This brings serious success and takes you to a much higher level (it’s very exciting).
When you make such powerful changes in your life like letting go of behaviors that do not serve you for good, you will instantly feel amazing in your skin and will finally absorb every morsel of your inner value. Making these changes will empower you to ask for what you need and want verses ignoring your needs or dismissing them.
When you completely let go of procrastination and lack, and spark your inner passion and purpose, you build self-confidence and live empowered. You give yourself permission to do exactly what you want in your business, you take bigger risks and get crystal clear on your value, worth and what you offer.
You will notice money flowing into your life and you can finally do all the things you have been dreaming about. The extra weight melts off your body and you feel freedom in your body. Your relationships have much more intimacy in them.
This week’s personal growth exercise (fun & powerful): You must let go of the things that do not serve you and your purpose in order to receive the abundance you deserve.
- Make a list of 25 ways you self-sabotage, self-criticize and doubt yourself.
- Make a list of 100 ways your life would be better if you did away with these behaviors.
- I want you to really think about this and come up with 100 ways your life would instantly improve as a result of ending the negative thoughts and behaviors for good.
There is NO better time than right NOW to live empowered!
10 skills everyone woman should rock in her lifetime for better success and more happiness

10 skills everyone woman should rock in her lifetime for better success and more happiness
Over the weekend I was teaching my daughter how to change a tire (talk about empowerment). Soon she will be driving on her own and I think this is an important skill for her to know. It got me thinking about 10 skills everyone women should rock in her lifetime for better success and more happiness.
1. Learn to make quick decisions.
Master this one. Make decisions quickly and then move on to the next thing. Each time you put off making a decision, you end up procrastinating, which creates a low energy vibration and leads to disempowerment. You really don’t need to call someone and ask their opinion. You have all the answers, trust yourself and just decide.
2. Get support & learn to delegate.
Learn how to ask for what you need and want. Ask yourself often if doing the task in front of you will get you closer to achieving your goals, and whether you’re the best person to take care task. Know your unique abilities and stay in them 95% of the time. Delegate the rest. Ask for support in the areas of your life you feel you need it. You don’t have to do it alone.
3. Get Back ON Your Bike and Keep Pedaling.
If you fall down, get right back up! Even if you feel like failure and want to curl up and cry…get back up. Resilience is one of the most important traits you can have to succeed in life. If you think that those who are very successful don’t fail, think again. Often, the higher up someone is, the greater the number of falls they’ve had on their way to the top. The less time you spend wallowing in your loss and the faster you get back up on the bike, the more empowered you will feel. Taking action from an empowered place bring much richer results than taking action from a disempowered place.
4. Receive Everything.
A lot of women resist receiving and respond to receiving a compliment by putting themselves down and pointing out their weaknesses – “I don’t know how I did it. I guess I just got lucky.” Own your greatness and accomplishments. If someone wants to buy you a nice meal or gives you a gift, allow yourself to fully receive it. Simply receive graciously. When you receive, you open your heart to more love and abundance.
5. Go Gossip FREE.
Gossiping is a distraction and poison. There is nothing to gain from doing this. It’s a big waste of energy and creates a big bummer vibe. Instead of gossiping, use this energy to create a passionate & sexy life.
6. Learn how to BE HAPPY NOW.
Create inner happiness and practice tools that shift you from a place of feeling down and disappointed to a place of abundance and gratitude. When you’re happy, it will become your set point and you will no longer settle or put up with mediocre results.
7. Project strength with your body language.
Stand up straight in your body and own it! Notice if you’re slouched and constricted or if your body language is open and expansive.
8. Get Comfortable Being Uncomfortable.
The only thing that stops us from taking bigger leaps or making change is being uncomfortable. Start right now getting comfortable and stop being uncomfortable. This one will change your life.
9. Say YES more!
We often tell the story that we don’t have time, don’t have the energy or don’t have the money to do something. You will notice that when you begin to say YES, more opportunities appear. Amazing people and more money come in the form of opportunities. Shift your attention to saying YES even if you feel uncomfortable.
10. Claim Your Truth.
The truth always sets us free. When we deny our truth, we create major pain. When you state your truth, you not only free yourself, but others around you and this is really powerful.
5 Ways to Instantly Add More Self-Value

5 Ways to Instantly Add More Self-Value
Confident and passionate women know their self-worth. They have daily practices in place that support their inner-value and self-care. They show up for their life because they are committed to living their absolute best and feeling fabulous more than 90% of the time.
Increasing your self-confidence doesn’t have to be so hard. Increasing your self-confidence, so you can achieve really amazing results in your life, comes from a place where you have the willingness to do so. It comes from a place of willingness to see your inner value. It is time to let go of the distorted image you have of yourself, and free your authentic self.
Knowing your self-value comes from within and not from what the outside world has determined. She looks within rather than placing blame on anyone or anything. She takes a ‘no excuses’ approach to creating the life she wants and invests in herself without guilt.
Becoming a confident woman will make you feel happier, more secure andextra attractive. You will start to attract anything you desire in your life with ease.
When you feel confident and really great in your own skin, you will soon find everything begins to flow easily and effortlessly into your life.
1. Be 100% Honest with Yourself. YES! No more denial. It’s really easy to delude yourself, isn’t?
You will save yourself a lot time, pain and money be being 100% honest with yourself. When you’re honest with yourself all you do is gain more – happiness and freedom. You’ll find the answer to those burning questions. Everything you need to know is inside you and the way you access these answers is through your truth.
Get quiet and ask yourself the questions. Trust your intuition and your answer will appear…Your answers are in you already.
Ask your higher self, “Am I being real with myself?” “Does this bother me or not?” “Is this action hurting or helping me?”?
2. Accept Full Responsibility for YOUR Life. This is one of the greatest ways to demonstrate honor and value to yourself and the universe.
One of the best ways I know how to feel empowered is to accept full responsibility for your life.
If you don’t like the results in your life, don’t waste your precious energy blaming others. Add more value to your life instead and take full responsibility. When you do this, you get connected to good, clean energy that is essential for taking actions to make lasting change.
This is your life. Take responsibility for it. You attract to you what you put out to the world through your level of self-value. Action or inaction comes from the level of self-value you hold for yourself. You will find that when you take responsibility for your life, doors will open and you’ll be able to live out the dream of YOUR life.
In accepting responsibility, you show up for your life in a completely different way and reflect the value you hold on the inside to the outside world.
3. Don’t Take Things Personal. If this is a hard one for you, please read or re-read The Four Agreements, Chapter #3.
The reason you’re taking what someone said as personal is, at some level, you are agreeing with and it’s not even true! This is why it bothers you so much. LET IT GO!
Taking things personally is poison; it will keep you stuck, wasting time worrying and analyzing.
Please do yourself a favor, stop eating others emotional garbage. Commit to not taking things personally. You are setting yourself up to suffer and it is robbing you of your self-confidence.
4. Be Clear and Confident. Who are you? And, what is your authentic image?
Write down five qualities you like about yourself. Then write down one quality you want to improve. In doing so, you’ll gain the clarity you need to build more confidence.
When you truly KNOW yourself, you’ll find yourself speaking more clearly, knowing exactly what you want and you will go after it by doing it. Once you get clear on who you are and really liking yourself, you’ll find confidence follows. You become unstoppable!
5. Stop the “I’m Not Good Enough!” ‘Nuff Said! STOP IT! Comparing yourself to others? Obsessing about flaws that only you see? Right? You know what I mean here
Stop analyzing your inside to everybody outside – dangerous. Get off the scale, off Facebook, turn the TV off, and get into your life. Don’t call your girlfriend and ask her “what is wrong with me?” Nothing! This is only fueling the false beliefs you are holding and will keep you stuck.
Instead, if you are not feeling good enough, take ACTION. Do something that fills your soul up and brings worth to your life – HONOR yourself. Go for walk, read a book, take a bath. Then call your girlfriend and meet her fun lunch to celebrate life with her instead of calling her in self-doubt.
Start to feel good and begin to treat yourself like you are more than enough and do this starting NOW! Invest in you! Wake up early to journal, meditate, take care of your body by exercising, having a mental vision for your life and fuel your spirit by doing things YOU love to do. Nourish your body and soul with people and things that only support love.
Soon enough you’ll feel whole in body, mind and soul and will finally feel good enough for yourself and others.
Trying to Do It by Yourself, Superwoman?
August 30, 2010 by Karen Fagan · Leave A Comment
I used to tell myself I didn’t need support. I was in a place where I felt I had to be superwoman; taking care of my daughter, running my own business, doing life’s every day necessities and, finally, taking care of myself. I thought I could do it all by myself because I figured I didn’t have the time, energy or money to find the support, coach or mentor I needed to make life easier.
Boy was I mistaken! In my blindness (or stubbornness), I cost myself more time, more energy and so much more money in doing it alone than what I would have achieved by resourcing out and getting some help.
The “Trying to Do It by Yourself, Superwoman” mentality does NOT work. You know it deep down, just as I knew it for years.
Being on my own slowed me way down. I spent time doing the things I really didn’t want to do and questioned myself constantly. This almost always left me frustrated, stuck and overwhelmed.
The truth is that we women need support to enhance our life and to allow our brilliance to SHINE. Our precious energy should go into the things we love, so our brilliance is accessed as we create a healthy body, are able to spend more time with the people we love, and create our own life masterpiece.
When we fully step into our true brilliance, we are able to use our unique abilities to exponentially grow our business and have more energy to support other women who want to do the same.
When you say, “Yes!” to support in your life, your level of happiness increasessignificantly, you actually complete the things you always wanted to do, yourrelationships are much more fulfilling and you make way more money.
Trying to do it all by yourself keeps you disconnected from your authentic voice, desires and talents, not to mention, exhausted!
3 Reasons why the “Trying to Do It by Yourself, Superwoman” mentality can get you into serious trouble:
1. It keeps you from having it all
You life is not meant to be a struggle. You were born to live in purpose. When you’re doing things every single day that take away from your true purpose, you’re giving these tasks your “good” energy. You’re working hard at things that do not fall within your unique ability or enhance your skills in the area where you’re truly gifted.
When you are doing it all by yourself, it is nearly impossible to expand your life and purpose. Think about the possibilities, the growth and success that could be yours if you were able to give all of your good energy to your brilliance, your unique talents and gifts. Success and abundance would explode!
You are a very powerful woman who deserves to be supported so you can create exactly what you desire. You don’t have to keep trying to do it all by yourself.
2. Your precious energy is spent on tasks that deplete YOU
Imagine having the support in your life and no longer feeling depleted from doing the tasks that you really don’t love to do. The shackles on feeling lost disappear. You would really transform if more of your precious energy was invested in the things and areas of your life that completely fill your soul up.
When you are trying to do it all by yourself, your energy becomes depleted and often we become disconnected from what we really want.
If you keep living your life this way, you will become unhappy and dissatisfied with every area of your life. There’s a reason we’re supposed to spend time on the things our souls long for – it gives us vision into our true purpose, the thing that will leave us fulfilled and truly happy.
3. You constrict yourself from the very growth you desire
Let me guess, you’ve tried to do everything yourself and it has left you frustrated and exhausted. I know because I felt the same way. When you have support in your life, you move with ease and everything seems effortless.
Allowing support into your life allows you to expand and adds quicker pace than trying to do it all. When you are constantly trying, you are fighting against the current, rather than moving effortlessly with the flow and your whole life is a struggle.
The reality is your life and the people in your life will greatly benefit if you admit in your inability to do it all and align yourself with the support you need.Your business will grow, your personal outlook will be enhanced, and you will finally be living the life you know you deserve.
More importantly, your personal value will increase tremendously, and you’llfeel more empowered, self-confident, and a lot more like the “Superwoman” you were trying to be before you took on real support.
Do yourself a favor and seek support now. Your family, your happiness and your life depends on it.
