Q: How did you get started in this work?

A: It started as a big dream. I dreamed of being a passionate successful entrepreneur and becoming a Master Certified Coach with expertise in Women’s Empowerment. I yearned to shift out of the life I was living and into the life I wanted. For me, making this choice was a process of claiming my personal power and overcoming self-doubt. I had a lot of fear regardless of what my current personal and financial situation was.

I spent much of my life being aware of the fact that I didn’t own my personal power, yet staying in a disempowered place. At the time I thought it was easier to hide out in a life I really didn’t want. I was in the wrong career, the wrong relationships and living far beneath my potential. Rather than moving beyond fear and creating the life I truly wanted, I allowed others to influence my choices. I wasn’t listening to my inner wisdom.

On the outside I looked like I had it all yet on the inside I was so incredibly stuck and afraid to own my truth. My defining moment occurred the day I decided to stop playing small in my life. My inner voice told me, “Karen, you either decide to follow your dreams to create the success you want or choose to live a less than desirable life and die here.” That statement was my call to take action to create the life I wanted. I didn’t worry about the “how”. I just decided I was going to make it happen.

At that very defining moment I committed to living my best life. I decided to embrace my true self and take bold action to become an Empowerment Expert. I immersed myself in reading, studying, learning and most importantly, finding and empowering ME.

When I began coaching, clients asked not so much about the coaching process, but how I got to the success in my life I did; how I overcame the obstacles, got clear, took action, to create the business I wanted and receive more than I could have ever imagined. My answers to those questions developed into this empowerment system!

I realized very early on in my journey as an Empowerment Expert, what I enjoyed most was working with women on claiming their personal power to expand their vision of what is possible. The women I work with are committed to creating their best life and hold an amazing vision for themselves. My work is about creating mindset shifts in the way you see yourself, your place in the world and what you are capable of achieving. I’ve worked with hundreds of clients, and created a clear, simple, systematic approach to this work. It consists of a series of steps every woman can take in order to up-level; taking her business and life far beyond what she’d ever dreamed possible.

Q: Who are your clients?

A: I work with women just like you! Women ready to claim their personal power, knowing they have more to offer to themselves and the world. They’ve held back, never allowing themselves to fully express their unique talents and abilities. Some are stuck, going through some type of career or life transition; others have accomplished success but are looking to go to the next level.

The women I work with have one thing in common: they are ready to stop playing small in their personal life and business. They are ready to own their greatness and play big. They’re ready to ditch limiting beliefs and fear. It’s a very exciting process! I get to empower brilliant women to own their truth, live authentically and turn dreams into reality. These women take creating their lives passionately and seriously.

Q: How are you different from other business or life coaches?

A: Although we might occasionally touch upon the basics of business success or life coaching, you have me as your Empowerment Expert. What this means for you is that I will lead you on the direct path of owning your inner greatness to achieve the results you want in your life. My work is specific to your growth and prosperity. I am very focused on you, everything that contributes to your success and moving forward. I’m not a “Jill of all trades,” I’m an Empowerment Expert and this is why my clients get great results. You will receive proven tools, accountability, guidance and encouragement.

Q: What type of personality do you work best with and what is expected of me?

A: I ONLY work with motivated women who are committed to themselves. I’m selective in who I work with. What you get with me is no-nonsense, laser-focused support along with lots of inspiration, motivation and laughs (it’s got to be fun). Because I’m a high achiever I work best with women who are super ready to get going and who want to know exactly what steps to take to be in their best life and living their dreams.

Consider what you do with me to be a mindset shift and an action-learning course. You can expect to take consistent action to accomplish your goals faster than you thought possible. No excuses anymore. This is a very different way to think and receive support while achieving your exciting goals: a new, empowered you.

Q: Who is this program not for?

A: Please know that I am very selective in who I work with. I choose to gently turn away people who are not suited for my programs and won’t get the results. It wouldn’t be fair to them.

My Empowerment Coaching Programs are not for those who aren’t willing to take responsibility for their happiness, who are in a major financial crisis, or who are desperate to make money in order to support themselves. I have found that people in financial crisis are not able to trust their own internal guidance system well enough to take the risks required to do the work they need to go to the next level.

If you happen to be experiencing some financial struggles, please know that we’ve all been there, at one time or another. This is what I would suggest:

Get some money coming in regularly with a full or part-time job. This will allow you to breathe easier and give you some peace of mind. Then call me when you feel able to focus on the work and this program with a clear head and open heart.

Make a point to listen to free teleclass seminars at the bottom of the ezine. These classes will give you a lot to think about.

Doing the above three things will get you prepared for our work together when you’re financially ready. (I will be here when you need me).

I also refuse to work with people who consistently make excuses for not getting their assignments completed on time or who don’t show up for their sessions. If you’re one of these people, I ask that you not call. I hope you can understand my need to set these types of boundaries in my practice as I am committed to high-level success for the people I work with.

Q: Does this really work?

A: Absolutely! Our work together will result in a completely transformed approach to your life and your business. You’ll find yourself asking, “Why didn’t I do this sooner?”

Q: Can I contact your former clients to find out what it’s like to work with you?

A: Yes, I encourage you to! On my testimonial page you’ll find letters from clients who are enthusiastic about their experience with me and are glad to correspond with you. Read through the entries and see which ones you feel drawn to. Look for a client who has gotten results similar to the ones you’re looking for, or maybe someone who is in a similar profession. Q: How quickly can I expect results?

A: As soon as our first session. Every client is different it greatly depends upon your honesty, willingness to be completely open and your commitment to full completion of your work homework assignments. Virtually all clients experience internal shifts instantly and continue to deepen in the first couple of months.

Q: How will we work together and what does the program entail?

A: You will receive total support from me. Our session will be high level coaching via personal telephone conversations and email. Our work together will continue with individual homework assignments tailored specifically and uniquely to your desired goals. I have found that having my continuous and focused support will keep you accountable and assist you in reaching your growth phase faster than you ever would on your own.

Q: Do clients ever continue past the original program?

A: Yes some do. Many of my clients feel that having me as a continuous part of their support team keeps forward movement in their every day life. They also enjoy the accountability and the inspiration that comes from collaboration we do together.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?

A: Yes, actually we only accept payment for these programs via credit card.

Q: I am already so busy and overwhelmed. I want to work with you badly, though I don’t have much time to spare. How much time do I need?

A: Together we will find time in your schedule each week during the program. If you can only spare three hours a month, you will still be able to move through this program and begin to experience the incredible results that come from working one-on-one with me. Much of our work together is done in private conversations. It’s like masterminding with an expert who is experienced at bringing out the most efficient, motivated and extraordinary version of you. You’ll find during our process of working together, you are much more effective and you’ll accomplish more in less time with total clarity and confidence. You’ll move at a lightning pace and will quickly begin to feel phenomenal as you skyrocket your success.

If you don’t ever start, you’ll never get there. I understand your busy life. I work full-time, yet I have developed a delicious blend of family, friends, and career in my life. I expend my energy doing the things I love: all that feels right for me. I can help you achieve this in your life. I love my work and I love my life; you can too! The question really is: how hungry are you to create real and lasting change? If it feels right for you, then you’ll find the time for it. Trust your intuition always.
