I know because I spent a lot of precious time in that hiding place, and nothing good comes from it. At first, the process of me just showing up as me, was a huge effort. Than I realized it was so much easier to just show up in my life as is. When I did this I noticed everything I wanted followed. Keeping on going for it Jen you always feel so much better!
